CARNIVAL TIME ? CARNIVAL LYME ? Can you hangle it ? Didn't get your Jamaica Carnival costume ? Perhaps you're not even sure about the Carnival parade this year Never mind, put on your best Carnival attire and head to The Deck for this Carnival morning run. The location is ideal for this run. Carnival parades are expected to eventually hopefully go right past the compound. If not, we should be in the right spirits not to care. The early hash start will give you enough time to be in the right spirits to watch the real parade when it starts shortly after midday. Or alternatively, it will allow you enough time to do the hash and then escape if you really don't want to be around when the parade and crowds start snaking through New Kingston. Please dress to impress !!! Wear a costume! The funniest one could get a memorable prize!! This Hash will include a Quiz on the statues as you pass them by. A PRIZE for the Winner with the most correct answers. HashMaster decides! Bring a pencil or pen.

Important TIPS (i) Arrive EARLY. Limited parking available at The Deck for early comers. When that fills up, others MAY seek to get parking elsewhere Good Luck! Identify yourself as a hasher (a JAH3 T-shirt should hopefully be enough) to get the parking privilege and the food discount. GOOD LUCK! (ii) The Carnival parade is expected to start just after noon. The aim is to complete the hash and Down Downs BEFORE the parade starts.
