The annual 'Jamaica is not for sissies'-hash.
This run starts and ends in Mount James, rural St. Andrew. Over a length of nearly 6 km we'll climb 320 meters - and get back down. This hash will follow country trails and forest paths and may give you great views over St. Andrew and Kingston.
There's a river with some nice rock pools to cool down in after the run.
Directions to the hash location: 30 minutes from Manor Park, Kingston ?
From Manor Park, head north through Stony Hill and continue to Golden Spring;
at the Total Petrol station in Golden Spring (on your left), immediately turn right;
from here, it's a bumpy road;
after almost 1 km you'll reach a fork in the road at 'Missionaries of the Poor' 'mount Tabor monastry' - keep left;
after another 2 km go straight at a sign indicating 'new testament church of god' (on your left, in Mount Friendship);
continue straight through Mount Pleasant;
pass '7th day adventist church of Mount James' on your left;
cross a bridge and go straight through Mount James square;
immediately after Mount James square, you'll find another fork - keep left and go down;
after this you'll find the 'Wallenford' coffee building on your left, see pictures below;
