Less than 2 hours from Kingston?
From Kingston take the Toll Road and head out (going all the way WEST to Clarendon), going through the first and second Toll Booth. (Don?t forget to pay!!!)
After you exit the second Toll Booth you will come to a Roundabout. Go around and turn left going over a big bridge. Continue on that road until you come to a second Bridge which you will go over. After you go over you will see a sign on the left that says Milk River Hotel and Spa, take that left turn.
You will then come to a T Junction. Take a right turn here and continue on that road going through York Town etc and just keep going.
(This is Cane Country! Remember that you will be following the sign for Milk River Hotel and spa).
At some point you will pass Garvey High School on the left. From here you continue on the main road until you come to another T Junction. This is a critical Point:
On the right you will see the Police Station. Take a right turn here where it says 'Pass Side Road'
After you have completed the maneuver, take your time because the road is a bit rough here, continue along until you see a sign on the right that says 'Cherry Hill Road'. Take a right turn here and continue along passing the Community Centre and the Foot Ball field on the left keep going and park up on the left.

Proper toilets: YES! (at the Community Centre, 3 mins walk from location.)
River: YES!
Swimming: YES! (If you so wish - Have no fear of Crocodiles they were all eaten by the python from Australia.)
Basic local Guest House Accommodations are available including Milk River Hotel and Spa.
